We understand budgets. Boy, do we ever! And we've tried to price VetraSpec affordable.
We offer two solutions: a county or office solution and a state department solution.
The County/Office Solution is built for use by individual counties who are independent of their state office and don't need to share data with others in their state.
The State Department Solution is built for states who want to unify data across all counties in the state. One database is implemented at the state level and access is granted to individual counties/users. This allows for all data to be accessible by all users across the state at all times. Permissions can be applied to restrict/grant access as needed. Sharing documents and records is easy - VetraSpec will bring you one, big step closer to a "paperless office".
Since VetraSpec is Web-based, you won't have any software to install. Instead, you pay a one-time fee for access to the program, and a yearly user fee for each person in your office using the program. There are no hidden costs.

Pricing for the State Solution
The State Solution includes everything VetraSpec already offers, as well as the ability to:
- add all the counties/users in your state
- run reports to gather state-wide data
- run reports to gather county-specific data
- grant/restrict access by user/county
- share files and documents electronically across the state
States will pay a one-time set-up fee and a per-user fee. Each year thereafter, they will pay only the per-user fee.
