We have added electronic signature capability to all forms. Using a signature pad (purchased from us, or elsewhere - we are hardware independent after all), your vets can sign the pad and insert the signature into the form(s). Sometimes your veteran's expect you to remember who they are when they call, even if you haven't seen them in a year. Seeing a photo of that person may jog your memory and help you remember details about the vet or his/her claim. To make your life a little easier, VetraSpec announces the ability to upload a digital photo of each veteran. The photo shows up in search results as a thumbnail and on the veteran details page.
